Visceral and unapologetic, SHE IS MY SISTER blends dance, spoken word, and live music to explore the persecution and resilience of female wisdom keepers and traditional healers. Igniting ancient remembrance through embodied storytelling, the work traces how the repression of feminine wisdom has imprinted itself into the collective consciousness across generations, sowing imbalance and harm across all genders. Through this reckoning, the piece honors the echoes of that trauma as they live within us, while celebrating the wild feminine power colonial systems have sought to extinguish—inviting audiences into a fierce journey of reawakening and sisterhood.
